1) Area of application

1.1 These General Terms and Conditions (“GTC”) of REDD (hereinafter “Seller”) apply to all contracts for the delivery of goods that a consumer or entrepreneur (“Customer”) concludes with the Seller via the online shop. Differing customer terms are rejected unless expressly agreed.

1.2 A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes predominantly outside their trade or profession. An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or partnership acting in the exercise of its trade or profession.


2) Conclusion of contract

2.1 Product descriptions in the online shop are not binding offers but invitations for the Customer to submit an offer.

2.2 The Customer submits a binding offer via the online order form, by telephone, or by email.
2.3 The Seller may accept the offer within ten days by

  • sending a shipping confirmation (email or fax), or

  • delivering the goods, or

  • requesting payment after the order.

2.4 PayPal Express: If selected, the contract is concluded when the Customer initiates payment by clicking the button that completes the order. PayPal EU Terms of Use apply: https://www.paypal.com/uk/legalhub/useragreement-full.

2.5 Contract text is stored and emailed to the Customer with these GTC. It can be viewed in the Customer’s account (if created).

2.6 Input errors can be corrected with standard keyboard/mouse commands before the final order button.
2.7 Contract language: English.
2.8 After an order is submitted, cancellation is no longer possible (statutory withdrawal rights remain).
2.9 Order processing occurs via email; the Customer must ensure the address supplied is correct and that spam filters will not block Seller emails.
2.10 By ordering tobacco products the Customer confirms they meet the legal minimum age.


3) Right of withdrawal

3.1 Consumers have a right of withdrawal under our refund policy.
3.2 Products with a 30 day money back guarantee may be returned within 30 days of purchase. Goods must arrive within 14 days of notice of withdrawal. Refunds are issued after inspection.
3.3 Full details are in the refund policy.
3.5 Late returns may be destroyed or shipped back at the Customer’s cost.
3.6 Return-shipping costs are borne by the Customer.
3.7 Goods must be complete, new, and undamaged; otherwise, the Customer is liable for diminished value.
3.8 Damage due to misuse, wear, or tear is excluded.
3.9 All duties, taxes, and return-delivery costs are the Customer’s responsibility.


4) Return, Exchange, and Store Credit

  • Immediate store credit: full value + £20 GBP bonus.

  • Free exchange: like-for-like item; Customer pays shipping difference.

  • Refund: issued after returned items are delivered and inspected. Delivery expenses are non-refundable.


5) Prices and payment terms

5.1 Prices are total prices; extra fees/duties are Customer’s responsibility. Shipping costs (if any) are shown in the product description.
5.2 Additional bank or import charges may apply for international payments.
5.3 Available payment options are listed at checkout.
5.4 By confirming a purchase, the Customer agrees to pay all fees, taxes, duties, and shipping charges. The Customer acts as importer of record and authorises the freight forwarder to pay taxes/duties on their behalf. Risk of loss passes to the Customer upon delivery to the carrier.
5.5 For bank-transfer pre-payment, funds are due immediately unless agreed otherwise.
5.6 PayPal payments are processed under PayPal EU terms.


6) Delivery and shipping conditions

6.1 Goods ship to the address provided; incorrect addresses that prevent delivery still count as fulfilled, and re-shipping/storage costs are charged to the Customer.
6.2 If a parcel is returned undeliverable, the Customer bears the cost of the failed shipment.
6.3 Self-collection is not possible.
6.4 Estimated delivery: 5-10 business days (up to 45 days in rare cases). Customs duties are paid by the Customer.
6.5 Return-shipping costs are borne by the Customer.
6.6 Undelivered goods are stored for 3 days free; thereafter storage/shipping costs apply.
6.7 UK delivery is free. Other destinations incur shipping costs displayed during checkout.


7) Retention of title

Goods remain Seller’s property until paid in full.


8) Limitation of Liability

Seller’s operational liability is limited to €1,000.


9) Liability for defects (warranty)

9.1 Statutory warranty applies.
9.2 For used goods, claims expire after one year (exceptions: building materials, fraud, damages).
9.3 Customer should report transport damage to the carrier and inform the Seller.
9.4 Defects from misuse or wear are excluded.


10) Redeeming promotional vouchers

10.1 Promo codes issued free of charge are redeemable only within validity dates.
10.2 Codes are for consumers only.
10.3 Some items may be excluded.
10.4 Codes must be applied before checkout completion.
10.5 One code per order.
10.6 No cash or interest on unused balance.
10.7 If order exceeds code value, difference must be paid by another method.
10.8 Codes are non-transferable.
10.9 Codes are not refunded if goods bought with a code are returned.
10.10 Seller may verify the code holder’s eligibility.


11) REDD Premium Shipping Insurance

11.1 Covers damage during shipping/delivery. Proof (photo/video) must be emailed to customer service within 30 days of order and no later than 14 days after delivery.
11.2 Insurance is added automatically but can be removed at checkout.
11.3 Coverage excludes cases in §5 or deliveries with confirmed signatures/drop-off permits.
11.4 Insurance fees are non-refundable upon withdrawal.


12) Applicable Law

German law applies, excluding CISG. For consumers, this choice of law does not remove mandatory protection of their home jurisdiction.


13) Alternative dispute resolution

13.1 EU ODR platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/main.
13.2 Seller is neither obliged nor willing to participate in consumer-arbitration proceedings.
