Return Policy
At REDD, we want you to be completely happy with every purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item. If 30 days have passed since delivery, we unfortunately can’t offer a refund or exchange.
Conditions for Returns

Item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to confirm approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 days.
Return Shipping Costs
You’re responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping. These costs are non-refundable and won’t be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. Email us at info@redd-light.com and we’ll guide you through the exchange process.
Restocking Fees
We do not charge restocking fees.
