SECTION 1 – WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION?

When you purchase something from our store, we collect personal information you give us such as your name, address, and email address as part of the buying and selling process.
When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s Internet-protocol (IP) address to help us learn about your browser and operating system.

Email marketing (if applicable): With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products, and other updates.
Text marketing (if applicable): With your permission, we may send text messages about our store, new products, and other updates (including checkout reminders). Webhooks may be used to trigger these messages.

How do you get my consent?

When you provide personal information to complete a transaction (place an order, verify your card, arrange delivery, or return a purchase), we imply your consent to collect and use it for that specific reason only. For secondary purposes such as marketing we will ask you directly for express consent or provide an opportunity to decline.

How do I withdraw my consent?

You may withdraw consent at any time by emailing info@redd-light.com.

SECTION 4 – DISCLOSURE

We may disclose your personal information if required by law or if you violate our Terms of Service.

SECTION 5 – SHOPIFY

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform that lets us sell our products and services.

Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases, and the general Shopify application on a secure server behind a firewall.
Payment: If you use a direct-payment gateway, Shopify stores your credit-card data encrypted to PCI-DSS standards. Transaction data is retained only as long as necessary to complete your purchase, then deleted. All direct-payment gateways follow PCI-DSS standards managed by the PCI Security Standards Council (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover).

SECTION 6 – THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Third-party providers collect, use, and disclose your information only to the extent necessary to perform services for us. Some providers such as payment gateways have their own privacy policies. We recommend reviewing those policies.

Certain providers may be located in, or have facilities in, a different jurisdiction. Your information may then be subject to that jurisdiction’s laws.
Once you leave our site or are redirected to a third-party site/app, this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Service no longer apply.

Google Analytics: Our store uses Google Analytics to help us learn about who visits our site and what pages are being looked at.

SECTION 7 – SECURITY

We follow industry best practices to protect your personal information against loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

Credit card information is encrypted using SSL and stored with AES-256 encryption.
While no method of transmission or storage is 100 % secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted standards.

We use cookies to improve site performance and your shopping experience. You may opt out of non-essential cookies.

_session_id (unique token, session) — Stores session data such as referrer and landing page.
_shopify_visit (no data, 30 min from last visit) — Records the number of visits.
_shopify_uniq (no data, expires midnight visitor-relative) — Counts visits by a single customer.
cart (unique token, 2 weeks) — Saves your cart contents.
_secure_session_id (unique token, session) — Maintains a secure session.
storefront_digest (unique token, indefinite) — Determines visitor access for password-protected stores.
PREF (persistent, set by Google) — Tracks who visits the store and from where.

By using this site, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state/province of residence, or that you are the age of majority and have given us consent to allow any minor dependents to use this site.

We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. If material changes are made, we will note the update here.

If our store is acquired or merged, your information may be transferred to the new owners so we can continue selling to you.
