2. How does red-light therapy work, and what are its benefits?
Our LEDs emit clinically validated wavelengths (630 nm & 660 nm red, 850 nm near-infrared). These photons penetrate skin and soft tissue, helping to:

3. How do I use a REDD device?

Cleanse your skin and pat dry.

Select the programme (red, NIR or combo) and set the timer.

Wear the mask or position the panel 6-12 in (15-30 cm) from the treatment area.

Relax for 10 minutes; the device auto shuts off.

Moisturise after treatment if desired. Use 3–5 times per week for 4–6 weeks, then maintain as needed.
4. Are REDD products safe?
Yes. our LEDs are non-UV, non-thermal, CE-certified and incorporate medical grade eye protection diffusers plus an automatic 10 minute shut off. Always follow the user manual.
5. How do I know my order was processed?

6. How long will delivery take?
Most orders arrive in 5-10 business days (rarely up to 45 days in remote areas or peak seasons). Tracking lets you follow each step.

Yes worldwide. UK delivery is free; other destinations show calculated shipping at checkout.
8. What is your return & refund policy?
30 day money back guarantee. Earlier orders have 30 days. Items must be unused and in original packaging; see our Return Policy for details.
9. How do I return or exchange a product?
Email info@redd-light.com with your order number, reason and photos (if defective). We’ll reply with step by step instructions. Refunds issue within 7 days of inspecting the return.
10. What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay all processed via encrypted gateways.
11. Can I track my order?
Absolutely. Your shipping email contains a tracking link that updates in real time.
12. What if my parcel is lost or arrives damaged?

13. Can I use discount codes?
One valid promo code can be applied per order. Enter it at checkout; exclusions may apply during flash sales.
14. How do I know if a product is in stock?
The product page shows live availability. Out of stock items display “Sold Out” plus a signup box for restock alerts.

17. How do I clean and store my REDD device?
Wipe the silicone surface with a soft cloth dampened in 70 % isopropyl alcohol. Let it air-dry, coil the cable loosely, and store in the protective pouch away from direct sunlight.
