The delivery time consists of two phases:
- Processing time (1-2 working days):
Order confirmation, customisation, quality control, and packaging.
Once your order is received, it will be checked and approved within 12-24 hours. Production is initiated in our system. For personalised products, it takes about 1-2 working days to complete production, quality inspection, and packaging.
- Delivery time:
The duration of shipping from our international shipping centre to your delivery location is:
- Worldwide: 3-13 working days (includes processing and shipping time)
Please note that the stated shipping times do not include any potential customs delays (if applicable for international orders).
